Does anyone have any crockpot recipes they'd like to share. The smell of food cooking for hours is so soothing. Especially when I don't have to stand over it LOL

peavey It's been a long time since I've had deer meat, but we used to slice it, then roll in flour and salt and fry it like chicken fried steak.

dutchess67 Oh, I forgot! You will definitely need to add more water or your soup will turn into a pudding! lol... After you make this once, you can adjust it to suit your tastes, but I really think that if you try this, you'll love it!

missyd79 we too cook outside alot during the spring and summer. alot of burgers and hot dogs. also we love to eat fresh fruits espically watermeloon. oh and those freeze pops got to love them, so cool and refreshing yet so figure freindly.

Heather Echola I find that I am much more intersted in fruits and vegetables than anything else, when the weather turns nice. I do not want sauces, and I do want grilled meats. It is bedtime, but I am making myself hungry.

Newbie11 We eat lot of fruits in spring and summer.In summer we take a juice made of tomatoes and carrots in home.In summer curd is must.In summer we reduce the amount of meat than in winter.

GuateMom I like to eat salads. Especially potato salad or pasta salad. :) I make my pasta salad with lots of fresh herbs, heaps of tomatoes and cucumber and red peppers so there really isn´t that much pasta by the end of it.
