Right at Google.com, It has bolts of electricity rising off of it, looks like its in a storm and the bottom part I just do not know. What is the occasion?

tdlfl2009 Your right! There is something crazy on Google... Maybe today was the day Electricity was invented/discovered?? Perhaps I shall google it and find out!
