tejas1794 Hey friend, You might be going through some sort of stress...that may be a temporary.. So don't think continuously about that stressful event. Rather try to face it. change your lifestyle and spent some time with the people who are more experienced than you....

tejas1794 Oh!!! It's routine problem of many... Don't bother. Here are few tips .. u can try.. it may benefit u. (1)Avoid fats/ oils (2)Exercise well, not just yoga but physical exercise (3)increase fruits and fiber intake (4) don't use much soap rather use gram flour...
