Quit smoking

any effective way to quit smoking? have try many ways like eat menthol sweets, get away from smoker and etc but fail.Any advice?

It's a shame that my local grocery store doesn't sell sushi. And I don't think it's hard to make it, but I have no clue how to and I doubt it would taste the same. Sushi is sooo good that I could live off of it. Some people won't...

ste_venyau making sushi is not difficult...take your time to learn it...once u can make the rice taste good , than u may proceed to another level.Means make the salmon, unagi, crabstick and etc... just my opinion
