Is eye cream only for women?

I see many women interested in using eye creams. I just have got a doubt. Is eye cream specialised to be used by women? Are they suited to women's skin alone?

th1sandman ive got nivea q10 for men it helps when your eyes look puffy - normally use it when i return from my clubbing expeditions lol
