how can we get rid of HIV/AIDS

AS this is a emerging problem can ne body tell me to get control over this disease.

the_demon_martyr Actually a cure is possible... although it is a bit cruel. Simply round up all those with incurable STDs and drop them off somewhere devoid of disease free humans. In time, they could only die out and then the diseases would be gone forever.
