The_Question How awful. If you want to delete him go on his page (wall) and go to the lowest part of the left colum, there should be an option to delete him there.

im not tall, im not black , how can i dunk?

my height is about 5 9 .i m playing ball for quite a while now . although i can do most of the moves but the only thing i m lacking is a dunk?anybody got advice?

The_Question Haha I'm 6'1" and still can't dunk. What helps my vertical leap personally is stretching, I find that after if streched my mucles they can work harder. I've heard it's about being flexible as well, the more flexible you are the higher you can jump.

I am not, i don't really eat much of them, though my friends do eat frequently and sometimes when i am out with them in the evenings and have some of those stuff my stomach disrupts and it shows signs next morning, so...

The_Question Yeah, I'm a bit of an addict. I can't go a day without junk food and have to buy some every day at school. It's those evil companies they put crack in our food.
