thecrzchef but really is ther anything wrong with being a chef? I am one and yes it doese get hectic sometimes but I don't think I would want to do anything else

thecrzchef saute some shallots and lots of chopped garlic with chicken until chicken is cooked, deglaze with white wine, add cream and basil and let simmer for 10 min or until sauce thinken. toss in a handful of spinach and let wilt in sauce and serve over fetticinni...
