What should be the file format of movie in order to burn it onto a dvd?

recently i have just bought a copy of nero7 and am having problems burning films which i have downloaded to my computer from the net. i was wondering if anyone could tell me what format i need to convert the files to so i can burn...

StrawberryKisses OK when using nero you can burn almost any format to dvd. DO NOT burn as data!!!! if you have nero7 premium then there should be a NeroStartSmart icon. Click it and pick dvd at the top then go to photo and video. Now if your files are vob file then click the 2...

i am a coke addict,, and i am aware that too much softdrinks is bad for our health,, but,, why do we - people - still drink inspite of knowing its consequences?,, i mean,, we know it's one cause of hyperacidity, it makes us bloat...

fiyahcreation i think because most of us were raised with certain types of food, and it's hard to give that up, so we have to start deprogramming ourselves into thinking that these foood are o.k.
