I have reached 10 dollars yesterday. But I still dont have a paypal account. I am an Indian. I want to know especially from Indian users whether paypal is effective. What type of paypal account do you have personal or business...

thende5852 I'm not an Indian but I do have a Pay Pal account. It is very effective and works like regular bank account. I use it for personal as well as business use. You can also get a free debit Mastercard that is linked you your account. I have never had a problem...
