it's my 5th day of quiting smoking....Every body say that it is hard to quit and end up by making it worst...well, it's not hard as they think, just pocus and just say no and thats it....

my pc run faster before... after several months it freezed and found out some virus and spyware were on my system... I tried to get rid those things and successfully done it but My pc never run read faster....Do you an idea what...
