i sleep between 10-12 hours when i have the chance to do so but in the weekday i sleep butween 4-6 hours only

i go to the gym six days a week and i am in pretty good shape i can say :) working hard in the gym and taking some good supplement got me looking that way

i wore some Sean john jeans with lacoste shirt converse sneakers and a Boss parfume nothing unusual looking fresh is a dutty for me :D

three days ago a friend of mine died in an accident on the high-way and i still cant understand why people drive so fast the reason of the crash was speeding...

what do you get inspirited by? imagine a contest and everyone around is putting their hate and envy on you would not that make you want to win even more? people jealousy is definetly one of the biggest ispiration for me

please give some tips on writing an aricle i have never done that but i have to do so for friday i have to write about the Rain Forests....about cutting them down and the consequences of the act

i did couple of times and the feeling was great i dont know why but it makes me feel so powerful ... and the sounds going in the air is great :D

i have heard over couple of rap songs but i do not know what does it mean some of the rappers are acting very hard over this MOB thing if anyone knows what it is please respond :)
