i don't know why.everytime i speak to a girl, especially first time meet,i am nervous, and i lost my tongue.or some stupid words comes out.it seems that i don't have the talent...could someone give me some tips?

in my view, the reason we are here is that ,we wanna share,communicate. now,we can get money.then something changes.someone just reply quickly and don;t even understand what the is subject is. is it good ?
