Living in another era

Some of people feel more connected to another era or time in history than in their own time. If you could live in another era, which would it be and why??

tichyinoz1 I am drawn to the forties but not of course the war. I feel that men and woman were more romantic in thoes days and I loved the fashion for woman. Men making all the decisions though, nuh that is not for me.
