Kareng @Tina30219 You will have to stabalize your metabolism as well. A good way to do that is eat smaller meals, but eat more. Instead of 3 meals per day, try 4-5. Just space out accordingly. Try that in the meantime and see if it helps you.

God is with me for sure doctors office just called with my MRI results and it is bone leisions on the hips not cancerous and he will repeat the x-ray in 6 months . Now next Friday I go to the neurologist.

Tonight for dinner we will be having steak and salad yum yum. I cut my steak up and add it to my salad and then it is steak salad even yummier. I hope you all enjoy your dinner tonight
