Field Hockey

I just started playing field hockey this year. Anyone has any advice on how to get better =] I play forward, midfield and sometime is a starter.

Eye sight

I wear glasses, such a disability. I want to get contacts but am scared to touch my eyeball. Anyone who has contact recently?
