This might sound silly, but I'm not the most technically minded of individuals. How can I change my avator from the green and white smiley default one? Any help would be much appreciated.

tmkopah u get the same effect from whatever source BUT nature offers the best without side effects. morever the act of trying to chew, suck of the juice from an orange and all that goes a long way not just to gain vitamin C but also indirectly excersises ur muslces...
