Ok, when you're trying to lose weight, what do you do to keep from snacking, picking, or down right stuffing your face? A few I try is don't go food shopping hungry! Chew gum Brush your teeth and use mouthwash right...

my cousin just went to a weight loss clinic and the doctor put her on an 800 calorie a day diet. and told her to burn 500 calories a day. so basically she's consuming 500 calories a day. this seems a little crazy to me. I know...
