toastking No but when its an 18 year old college (English college) student I would say its about as daft as they come, my brother could tell you more stupid things she has said / asked but I cant remember them as that just really stood out.

How many of you men have/will asked the woman's father for their daughters hand in marriage? Ladies, how many of your husbands did this? Do you think it's necessary?

toastking When now? I dont think either of us is quite ready, I have a few things going on right now for a while that mean it would be impossible even if she wasnt at uni for three years, but after that and after she travels, if then we are still together I plan to.

toastking Hate to say it but your prediction is wrong in many ways. Girlfriend pretty much threatened to break up with me if I didn't take this opportunity of a life time and I can't move the trial date so have to go then. But I must say thanks for the try.

toastking The biggest factor in it would be my girlfriend as right now she is pretty much the most important thing in my life even if I do have opportunities elsewhere as they would be voided by being on this island. Is it me or do I keep replying to your topics?

toastking Fair cop, I really do think this is a very valid point of view, the problem is that I still think its fun to see if predictions that people do think they can make will come true.
