I'm always looking for new ideas for cooking, especially as I spent a good portion of my life with someone else cooking for me, or eating a lot of canned and boxed products. Last night, we had a lot of leftover spaghetti...

tofujoe I just recently discovered this recipe and I make it at least once a week. I take a whole bag of rotini noodles, boil them and about 3 mins. before they are done, I'll add a bag of California blend frozen veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower and baby carrots mixed)...
