I visit Joanne in my neighborhood two or three times a month, and most times the clerk cannot find what I want have no clue what it is. I feel they should employ sales associate who knows something about sewing. I don't expect...

tortles907 It bothers me when the workers don't know anything about sewing because they're really no help. I think they should at least hire someone who knows at least a little about sewing.
