yup. I believe this statement is very true. Since I graduated from college 2 years ago and work with my current company, I started smoking mainly because everyone of my co-workers do it. But since I got promoted just 5 months ago...

traysux haha..thank you. Cuz back then, I hated it when my boss or someone higher than me will do a one-on-one performance review or coaching session and then I would notice how bad they smell.haha..And I hate it aswell when you're all clean and fresh when going to...

traysux you're totally right about belonging to a group. Back then when I was considered as the "new one" at work I tried very hard to blend in and to do that I have to enter the smoking room to join the conversations until it just became a habit to smoke. and btw...
