treasurerof2 Wonderful house...congratulations....yes you do get to paint your own walls , mow your own yard, and do all those things that homeowners get to do, but it is so much better than having to pay out rent. I know you are going to enjoy it!

treasurerof2 For me, it is one shower or one bath per day!!! It is my third best gift of the day-- 1--waking up to a new day, thank you Jesus! 2--cup of coffee & pop tart with our pomeranian 3--bath or shower!!!
