Something happened to me while sleeping, i woke up and i was watching myself. I thought, um-mm, maybe a dream. but i was able to see myself... question. Am i crazy?, am i getting crazy? or worst, am i completely nuts?.

cmoneyspinner The explanation @Treesaver provided is the only one I've heard of for what you described. Sounds like an interesting topic to do more study on. I don't know anybody who can do this at will. You're definitely NOT crazy. It's a very common occurrence.
