Help with giving up smoking cigarettes?

I would love to quit smoking cigs, I need any help I can get. I smoke about 3 packs a day, I have tried meds, patches, gum, and if I go more then 15 min. without them i freak out. Any ideas?

trisha5k I will try this idea even if it takes a few months maybe remove like 2 cigs a day for a few days then again the same, great idea!
