Do you have any suggestions on starting a home business?

Who here works from home or has their own business? What type is it? How much overhead did you need before starting the business? Which home job is most profitable and easiest to start and maintain?

Do your bosses hold you to higher standards than you. Do you see your bosses cheating the system or taking advantage of their position and throw the book at you when you need time off.

Have you ever been asked to use vacation time if you have taken off work for being sick or taking care of someone that is sick?

I would have to say yes. My dogs spend much more time with me than my wife. I have much more in common with the dogs than I have with the wife. I could hang out all day with the dogs and not get sick of them. Tell what you think?
