best way to give up smoking

I would like to give up smoking, but I could not be successful, i cannot resist the craving after few days and then i start lighting up a cigarette. I reckon smoking is not good for health especially it will make my teeth dirty...

tse1306 I was a smoker few years ago, I found that smoking make my health being bad~! So, I give it up ~! I hope u can do that as same as me ~!
