My body aches due to light workout

It is obvious that I seldom do workouts because now my shoulder aches. But i think I will do it again later so that my body gets used to it. Jogging and walking is my favorite but since we are on a lockdown, all I can do is jog...

Tsiry R I hope your shoulder doesn't hurt anymore today. You're lucky you get to play your favorite sport at home. I like basketball. Unfortunately, since March, I haven't been able to play basketball. Have a nice day.
