What is your favorite chinese dish?

I love a lot of different dishes,but my favorit is hot lobster,it is boiled with chilli and some spices, i prefer the hot and full-bodied food.

i love olive oil but it is rather expensive... so at home, we use cheaper vegetable oil like corn... how about you?

I would say we eat chicken more than anything else followed by pork, then turkey. I hardly ever use beef or fish. I occasionally will use beef in a stir-fry, but not very often. I do not like fish. The closest this house comes to...
