Twitchy164 I know sometimes the skin starts peeling up and it gets so far it bleeds and stings a bit. I think this is one of the most retched parts of picking/biting fingernails.

Twitchy164 Sometimes there just isn't enough will power :( But making small changes in your life can alter your habits and maybe cure a bad one. It also helps to have another person support you. Or in some cases scold you.

Twitchy164 It would be nice if religions truly did acknowledge each other and united for the common causes they often share. But they're simply made up of groups of people who refuse to accept differences and acknowledge that not every believes what they do.
