rebelann1949 Most ailments can be cured just by sticking with an organic diet. As for the occasional sore throat in winter I simply drink a nice hot toddy and yes, I do add bourbon to it .... no need to get drunk but a little bourbon helps clean the throat.

Shikha Yeah, to maintain natural health, you need to exercise a lot, drink a lot of water (usually 3-5 litres), eat healthy food, not so spicy or oily, or fried or roasted. Have plenty of juice (orange, tangerines and other citrus fruits). That's the way to living...
