u90galz How did Oprah go with diet rules? I cant stand with tight diet rules. Have somebody in this forum did Oprah diet? Could you inform me how to follow the rules and get beutiful body shape?

u90galz I dont know exactly, chengdu what part of China. But I heard abaout chengdu before. I wish one day i will visit chengdu and have a great memory there.
