stonehr Well I found some recipes with tortillas.. I made everything but not tortillas. You need to fry pork sausage, patties , and then put all together with eggs and garlic and fry. It's easy to make it.. Then You put this on warm tortillas...

patootie I can't say I eat a lot of tortillas or wraps (wraps?? what are they??) ... But I seem to remember tortillas were very much in vogue in restaurants about 20 years ago .. I've always liked the spiciness of Mexican food ... and I do eat quite a lot of it .....

greengal Hi Chriss I usually make enchiladas and quesadillas with tortillas. It's usually cheese or with veggies. I saute onions and place them between lightly toasted tortillas..also add a ton of cheese in between and heat in a skillet till cheese melts and binds two...

its-logos-plus-logic Thanks! I'm not diabetic, but can use some good diet recipes.. so I copied, pasted and printed this. sounds very yummy and right up my alley, especially as it calls for whole grain flour! I'll likely use a little soy and flax too..
