How many hours do you sleep for a day??

I sleep for atleast 8 hours a day. How about you???

umerproya i have never estimated howmany hours i sleep.when ever i get giddy i go to sleep.its not a bad habbit to sleep.after papers it is good to complete ur sleep.however if i dont sleep more than 8 hours i fell headache.bye
