How to study the oral English?

I'am from China,I want to learn the pure English.My oral English and Listening English are poor,I have recited many words,but I still couldn't follow others.So I really want to know HOW to study English.Thank you.

unlikeyou Correct me if I'm wrong, but the numbers would be 1, 3, 9,and 27. 1 = 1 (obviously), 3-1=2, 3=3, 3+1=4, 9-3-1=5, 9-3=6, 9+1-3=7, etc. I haven't made it up through 40 quite yet, but I'll let you know when I do ;)!
