What do you think about DEHYDRATED water? DO YOU PREFER IT OVER REGULAR??

I definitely enjoy regular water. in fact, i use it for tons of things throughout the day like bathing, drinking, etc. But i have heard a lot about dehydrated water. it has many health benefits. what do YOU think??
