What grip do you use?

If you play table tennis, what grip do you use to actually play? Shakehand or Penhold (or possibly the V or U ones). I personally play penhold, and know a couple of people who play with the V one which is similar to penhold...

valisubik I play once a week. I play for a club, but for amateurs, really. However, we play ina League, currentl I'm in 3rd class. The 1st class is really amazing, and I have difficulty coping with people inthe 3rd class, so you can imagine the different level of play...
