monkoshu4 I think a we need atleast 6 hours of sleep for out body to function properly. But whether we take this sleep in breaks or in one stretch depends on person to person. I prefer to sleep in one go and so do a most of people that I know. 4-5 hrs could drive me...

Geoas I don't think it is absurd to sleep just four hours a day. I have seen many people, mostly careerists, doing that. But, the quality of your life may change, if you force yourself to that. Whereas, for some people, sleeping for four hours a day is just enough....
