vdosgal Also the best way to protect yourself during mediation is to encase yourself in purse white light. That is the light of the Divine also say a silent prayer requesting protection.

vdosgal So far the colors that I see change from black to gray to silver to red, to green and sometimes blue. Sometimes it feels like all my chakras are checking in saying they are ok. :-)

What was the longest time that you went with out a period? I am going on three months now, and it is driving me insane. I had someone I knew who did not have one for a year. The doctors say it was becuase she was not ovulating....
