myworld2 that was the idea :) have you been to www.rawfood.com they have a very good forum. just ignore the usual bickering and you can find some really useful info.

makingpots I am very interested in a raw food diet. I know that it needs to be done correctly and I have not taken the time to get organized about it. In the area I live there are groups that meet occassionally to share meals and ideas. Someday soon I will attend. I will...

myworld2 cheers vegandogo i dont really understand the difference as cooking under 118 seems to also be classed as raw. i can see an advantage of dehyrating if you want to make meals but like you i tend to eat more simple stuff. if i want a pizza i'll go to a pizza...
