veroanique I found that the foundation or powder you use can affect the eyeliner as well. I used the same exact eyeliner with a liquid foundation, a cream foundation, and a compact pressed powder wet/dry foundation. The eyeliner did not smear with the pressed powder...

veroanique My husband uses hair gel, but most seem to cause thinning hair after prolonged use, so I found him a substitute that holds his hair well while actually being good for it - 100% Aloe Vera gel!
