As I was driving to work this morning I noticed that everyone was talking on their cell phones and driving. Mind you, the state has banned the use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle. So why is it that people...

Victoras well i almost had a few accidents because of talking on my cellphonw while driving. i think we should all get handsfree fou our cellphones because you never know what can happen if you are not careful at the road

How much jail time do you think a rapist should get?

I think it obvously depends on how many offences, but I do think that they should get more time then they do.

Victoras i don't think the rapist should go to jail. i think death penalty would be good because a rape is something very bad. the person who was raped will remember all his/her life what happened. sometimes the victims of a rape can`t live with it and they kill...

Victoras well i think it's better to go out with someone and have a conversation than to chat with that person. of course it's more difficult to go out with someone if that person is in another country:D
