I cannot discipline myself to drink 8 glasses of water. I feel I am drowning if I drink that much. Maybe 3 or 4 but not eight.

vikramdilse as for as i heard from people i get that we should atleast take 5 litres of water and yesterday my mentor told i should drink 15 liters i totally went stumped but i'm trying my best nowdays to drink a little more than i noramally do which would still not fall...
