you know i am just 19 years old but i face a lot of stress. i was really upset and could'nt lead a normal life.So i thought of doin meditation and got great results....Is meditation so powerfull.....

Life is transient we cant really know what happens the next minute. We are like a soldiers in the arena of life.So why can't we enjoy our life without terrorism,ego etc.....

have you ever wondered what happens after death.I know because when my gradfather was critically in stage of death he told me that he felt like viewing a big tunnel which paves the way to heaven.Is this really true.
