aerated drinks are nothing but water filled with gas, which is carbon dioxide, which we hale out and is ver harmful , so we should not drink. secondly we don't get any nutriton from that. Thirdly it increases our high blood...

I t is a slow poison slowly killing U from inside. It knows no age limit. Also it is baseless that it happens due to tension. It is bcoz of 110 reasons that U may suffer from BP. I have seen that children uner age of 6 yrs....

In Foreign counties sandwich are prefered for breakfast as they are a low calorie meal. The advanage of a having sandwich is nothing is cooked so U get the necessary nutrition except for grilled sandwich
