my paypal account can not be opened.

It's about my paypal account. I made several attempts to open it. I had requested for the resetting of the password but I was required to give the account number of the credit card that I used upon signing up. I could not locate...

vine1986 Hi For creating a paypal account.. you can do it with debit card or linking your online bank account. you don't always require a creditcard as well. you can have multiple paypal accounts I am a new user of Mylot.. I don'tknow how it works can anyone...
