A Light Dinner

I had a busy day. Got a couple of nice unexpected phone calls for a change. And also got some things done in the house I had been putting off. I also had a late lunch. So for dinner I just had a bowl of mashed potatoes and butter....

i did like 4 years ago while i was deliveryng to a pakistani store at FT Lauderdale i liked but it taste kind of like soap....its this the way it should taste???
