When I wake up from bed, I wake up with pains. It's horrible experience, I shout for help and request the family members to massage my legs and arms. My arms become numb without proper blood circulation. I smoke about 15 cigrattes...

patgalca I think you should see a doctor. I have fibromyalgia and it started with pain in my legs and then spread throughout the body. It also keeps me awake at night and is affected by stress and the weather. You should definitely see a doctor and get a sleep study...

estherlou Sometimes leg pains can be helped by taking calcium tablets. They have certainly helped me. I used to have leg cramps/what we call charlie horses all the time, and the calcium helps that. I don't drink milk, so the tablets work for me. Sometimes support hose...
