Does sea food also lead to obesity and BP?

It is a common notion that eating high salt diet leads to high BP, but it is also that the seafood too leads to raise in blood pressure. If it is true and then one should eat with restrictions for all kinds of sea food!

I'm from India,and we too got coke,pepsi,fanta and a host of other soft driks,all they do is nothing but make money.Moreover they donot meet the international standards,Recently it was found that coke had pesticides cotent in it...
