Uploading photographs

I am unable to upload photos to my profile section. Is there any clause regarding the eligibility to do so, that is unknown to me? If so, please enlighten me.

Just an Ordinary Owl? There seems to be a limit on uploading photos generally. I think that it's a 24 hr limit, so if you try again tomorrow, you may be lucky. I can't find any information as to what the limit might be, except that there does appear to be one. You ought to be...
